Purchase Process
General information
At My Pharma Spot ® it is not mandatory to register, but by doing so, you make your shopping experience more enriching, complete and allow you to fully enjoy all the features such as access to campaigns and special offers.
After that registration, you will be able to log in to My Pharma Spot ® with the e-mail that you indicated and the password that you chose and, in this way, you will always be able to consult the purchases that you made in the Client Area, where you can also have access to all your personal data and choose not to receive promotional messages, with exclusive communication for messages regarding the status of your order.
Navigation and Product Selection
To find the product you want, you can browse through the Categories Menu or use the "Quick Search" option at the top of the page. By clicking on the name or image of the product, you will be able to view the detailed specifications. You can also use the "Featured Products" and "Promotions" menus to access items of interest to you. The price shown on each product includes applicable VAT, but does not include postage, which will be added after selecting the delivery method.
Shopping cart
When you click on "Add to Cart" on a product, it will be automatically added to the "Shopping Cart", where you can manage, add or delete items, as well as edit the quantities of selected products and confirm the total amount to be paid (without postage). After this process, you will be able to register for the first time or log in to the website with the e-mail you provided and the password you chose.
Finalize Your Order Process
When you want to finalize the order of the products that you have added to the "Shopping Cart", you can click on the "Buy" button at the top right of the page or on the "Shopping Cart" page itself. If you haven't logged in yet, after clicking on "Buy", a field for "Login" will appear at the beginning of the "Finalize Your Purchase" page.
If you have not yet registered on our website, you can normally make your purchase, without forgetting to correctly fill in all the necessary fields to place your order.
After we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a description of the products ordered. Your order will be prepared and stock will be reserved after payment has been made. Delivery will be made at the previously indicated location, within a period of up to 72 hours, by our logistics operator, except in case of stock outage.
