At My Pharma Spot ® it is not mandatory to register, but by doing so, you make your shopping experience more enriching, complete and allow you to fully enjoy all the features such as access to campaigns and special offers.
After that registration, you will be able to log in to My Pharma Spot ® with the e-mail that you indicated and the password that you chose and, in this way, you will always be able to consult the purchases that you made in the Client Area, where you can also have access to all your personal data and choose not to receive promotional messages, with exclusive communication for messages regarding the status of your order.
Payment Security and 3D-Secure
Part of the payment card numbers are encrypted and securitized, avoiding any risk of diversion.
3D-Secure is a security protocol that aims to guarantee protection and trust in electronic payment methods, allowing authentication of the cardholder and confirmation that the payment is being made by him.
Therefore, under the security rules for payments over the Internet, in order to make purchases in our online store in a safe and secure way, you must activate the 3D-Secure service, free of charge, with your bank (from January By 2021 all credit cards will already have this functionality by default. However, some older cards may require manual activation).
This service allows authentication via SMS. So, whenever you make a purchase, you have to enter the code you receive this way.
Credit cards
At My Pharma Spot ® you can pay with your VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro and MasterCard or Gift Cards *.
* In case of return (subject to the policy in force), the balance will be refunded to your card account. If the card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. If in doubt, contact your bank or the company that provided you with the card, or select an alternative payment method.
ATM reference
This payment method can only be used by customers who have a bank account in Portugal.
When you complete your order, you will be forwarded to a page where the system will generate a code composed of an entity, a reference and the respective value.
At the same time, you will receive the same code in your order confirmation email. Multibanco payments can be made through the ATM network or through your Homebanking.
To pay at an ATM, you must select the "Payment for Services/Purchases" option and enter the corresponding entity, reference and amount. It is important that you always keep the receipt as proof of payment.
MB WAY
MB WAY is an interbank solution that allows you to pay for your order quickly and conveniently using your smartphone. All you need to do is have the MB WAY application and link your bank card to your mobile phone number at the ATM.
To use this method, select MB WAY as your payment method and enter your mobile phone number. Then validate the payment in the notification area of the application and confirm the payment with your MB WAY PIN or Touch ID from your smartphone.
paypal
Paypal allows you to checkout simply and securely using just an email and password. It is not necessary to enter card numbers or copy entities and references to your Homebanking or Multibanco system. On the checkout page, upon selecting the Paypal payment method, the system will direct you to login to your PayPal account and confirm the details there. Once ready, you will be forwarded back to our website for order confirmation.
