Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
Which products are eligible for exchanges and returns?
Eligible items purchased on the My Pharma Spot ® website can be exchanged or returned within the legal period of 14 days and their value refunded, provided that they cumulatively comply with the return conditions:
- The packaging(s) of each product must be the original(s) and be(are) perfectly intact, without any type of damage or signs of use (dirt, scratches, etc.) or opening (broken seals and covers, etc.);
Returns/exchanges are not accepted for the following products:
- Medicines, Food Supplements, Food (including milk, porridge, jars, etc.);
- Orthopedic articles with specific measurements (eg footwear), Underwear (eg bras, girdles, bands, underpants);
- Compression socks;
- Ophthalmology articles;
- Any other personalized item;
- Products whose hygiene may be compromised (ex: breast milk extraction pumps, nipple protectors, milk collection shells, hydrogel discs, nasal aspirator, among others);
The purchase receipt(s)/slip(s) must accompany the product(s).
What will my return costs be?
The shipping costs for returns will be borne by the user.
Shipping costs for the order are not refundable, as this is a non-refundable service. When sending "free shipping", if there is a return, the cost of shipping and return will be at the expense of the customer.
The collection and reshipping costs will depend on the customer's geographical area of residence.

What is the deadline for reimbursement and means of payment?
The order value or the products will be exchanged within a maximum period of 14 days, after receipt and validation of compliance with the conditions for returning the items at our facilities,
The refund will be made by the same method as the payment was made.
We suggest that you keep the proof of shipment for returning the products.

How can I cancel the order?
Order cancellations are only possible until the time of shipment and may be requested by the customer. If you wish to cancel your order on the www.mypharmaspot.com website, you must do so as soon as possible. You will receive a written communication from the My Pharma Spot® team communicating the cancellation of the order within a maximum period of 24 hours. In the event that the purchase price has already been paid, the amount will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method. If your order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to consider cancellation.
My order has been cancelled. What happened?
Users who place orders on the website www.mypharmaspot.com whose payment is not successfully made, received or processed will have them canceled 3 days after the order is issued.
The user has the right of free termination, pursuant to article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, for contracts concluded at a distance or concluded outside the establishment within a period of 14 working days.
My Pharma Spot reserves the right to cancel your order, which is in the “Awaiting payment” state and which has not yet been paid, in the event of a stock outage. Consequently, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been cancelled.
When can I cancel the order?
Order cancellation is only possible during the order preparation process and before sending it and may be requested by the user, in case there are changes to the conditions referred to in the online ordering process. In the event that the purchase price has already been paid, the amount will be refunded to the customer.
What to do if I receive damaged packaging or items?
Because customer satisfaction is our priority, you have 14 days after purchase to exchange or return the product. In order for the return to be accepted, the packaging and the product must be intact, without any type of damage and in the same conditions in which it was sent to the customer. The product must be returned to the facilities of A Tua Farmácia.
Upon receipt of the return and respective confirmation of the integrity of the products, the return is accepted and the commercial value of the products will be refunded to the user, through a discount coupon to be deducted from a next order or by bank transfer to the NIB/IBAN indicated by the client.
Transport costs are always associated with the customer.
Returns are not accepted for the following products:
Food suplements;
Food (including milk, porridge, jars, etc.);
Orthopedic articles with specific measurements (e.g. footwear, elastic stockings, etc.):
Products whose hygiene may be compromised (ex: breast milk extraction pumps, nipple shields, milk collection shells, hydrogel discs, etc.);
Underwear (e.g. pregnancy girdles, postpartum girdles, etc.);
Ophthalmology items and any other personalized item.
What will my switching costs be?
Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the user.
Shipping costs for the order are not refundable, as this is a non-refundable service.
The collection and reshipping costs will depend on the customer's geographical area of residence.
